How does the Welcome Message Editor work?

The Welcome Message Editor is a tool available only to Pro users.

The Welcome Message Editor allows you to manage the Welcome Messages of your Twitter account displayed automatically when someone opens your private messages. You can manage all your messages here: add, edit, delete or activate/deactivate them. A Welcome Message must contain text and can have: a media and up to 3 links (Button) or 20 pre-filled replies (Quick Reply).

How does the Welcome Message Editor work?



The Welcome Message Editor is a powerful tool that allows you to manage your Welcome Messages but also to preview them in real time as you create/edit them to see exactly how they will look like.

A Welcome Message will not be displayed until it is ACTIVE. To display a Welcome Message, you will have to create one and enable it.
You can have multiple Welcome Messages but you can only have one active at a time. Find out why you need to have several Welcome Messages here!

Creating



To create a Welcome Message :
click on the Add a new Welcome Message button
follow the 3 steps to complete your Welcome Message
click on the arrow in the upper right corner
click on Submit


Editing and deleting



To edit a Welcome Message:
click on the arrow on the right
click on Edit
the editing interface will appear, just like when you created it
edit your Welcome Message
click on the arrow at the top right
click on Submit

To delete a Welcome Message:
click on the arrow on the top right
click on Delete

Enabling and disabling



You can change the status of a Welcome Message (enable or disable it) with one click.
A Welcome Message is displayed in ACTIVE status if it is, otherwise it is marked INACTIVE.
If a Welcome Message is active and you enable another one, the previous one will be automatically disabled.

To enable/disable a Welcome Message:
click on the arrow in the upper right corner
click on Enable or Disable.
